SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is provided via Australia Post within Australia and to certain parts of the world. A tracking number will be provided when the product is ready for dispatch. Once the product has been packaged and dispatched, MT Creations Australia takes is not responsible for the delivery and condition of the product. Every effort is made to ensure the product is packaged securely and protected from damage however damage may result in transit with Australia Post. As each MT Creations product is handmade to order, production may take up to 7 or more working days from receipt of order. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products and issues with hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges so PLEASE CHOOSE STYLE AND SIZE CAREFULLY. In the event that the product is faulty or you believe that it is not what you ordered, please contact us via info@mtcreations immediately in order to rectify the problems. Please be sure to carefully follow the care instructions provided with the products. Failure to follow instructions will result in voiding warranty.
